Tim came to my house 2 different days. He was patient, kind and knowledgeable both times. He kept a smile on his face the entire time that was genuine. He took the time to make sure that I knew what the problem was and how to fix it if it happened again. What else was impressive is that he took his shoes off as to not track dirt on my carpet. Also both times, I was running late. Any other company would have used that excuse to leave and clear the work order. But he waited in my drive way with a smile. Way to go Tim. I would really recommend Atlas Heating and Air. They believe in satisfying the customer and not just making money.

This company is awesome, They came right out, checked everything out and repaired a frayed wire and the thermostat. The cost was under $100. Another company told me I needed to replace my compressor and the cost was $2000!! Tim w/ Atlas did an amazing job! Our A/C has not been working and it was 83+ degrees in our house with a 10 month old. He came in and had it fixed in less than 10 minutes and was very professional and courteous. Not to mention, great in communicating prior to the appointment. Which most companies are not great at. Outstanding service. Furnace stopped working in our rental house. After trying all the troubleshooting tips I know I contacted our landlord. 20 minutes later Tim from Atlas sent me a text asking what time the next day would be good for him to come by. I asked him if there was any way he could come that day. He said he was swamped but he would try. 45 minutes later he was at our house. Took him a couple minutes to realize the furnace was fine and that the thermostat had gone bad. 20 minutes later the new thermostat was in and furnace was running great. Highly recommended
